Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as you received an incorrect or damaged item).
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the package being delivered to the authorized shipping company for return, but in many cases, you may receive your refund sooner. This time period includes: the time it takes for the package to ship to us (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process the return after it is received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order through the “Completed Orders” link under the “My Account” menu, and click the “Return Item” button. We will notify you via email of the status of your refund once the returned item has been received and processed.

We can ship to almost any address worldwide. Please note that there are some restrictions on some products, and some products may not be able to be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on product availability and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping service provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.
Please note that shipping costs for many of the products we sell are based on weight. The weight of any product can be found on its specific page. In accordance with the policies of our shipping companies, all weights will be rounded to the nearest whole pound.
