Antonio Vicci – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking details once the order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 working days, depending on the destination and courier handling.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders via:

• Aramex

• RGS

4. Shipping to GCC Countries – Customer ID Requirement

For shipments to Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman, Aramex requires a Customer ID (Civil ID/Resident ID) as mandatory for customs clearance.

Customers should provide their ID at the time of placing the order to avoid delays.

Alternatively, if the ID is not provided, Aramex will contact the customer directly via message to upload the required ID for shipment clearance.

Failure to provide the ID may result in delivery delays or return of the shipment.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

6. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email to monitor your delivery status.

7. Customs & Duties

Custom duties, taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on the country’s regulations.

8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, reshipping costs will apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If you receive a damaged package or your parcel is missing, please contact us within 48 hours.
